What we collect

The quote form on /contact and on product pages:

• Name and email (required)
• Phone
• Facility type, ceiling height, existing fixtures, what is being lit, and a message
• An optional photo of the ceiling (image file, 4 MB or smaller)
• The page you sent it from, the time, and — for spam control — the network address of the post

No login, no card, no checkout.

The photo

Send a photo of the ceiling so we can tell slim vs. UFO and what it takes to light the floor. We receive the file with the quote and look at the room. We do not post it as a project photo, a review, or an ad unless you tell us we can.

What we do with it

A quote is a request for product, install, or both. A person on the crew uses it to get back to you. We may keep the details — and the photo — in a customer database so the spec, the quote, and the job stay together.

We keep this information as long as we need it to quote, install, and support you.

There is no newsletter form on this site today. If you ask to be updated, or we add a mailing-list platform, that is for product and job updates from Georgia LEDs. Unsubscribe by emailing mike@georgialeds.com until one-click unsubscribe exists, then use that.

We do not sell this information. We do not hand the photo to a list broker.

Who else sees a submission

The form posts to georgialeds.com.

• Our email delivery provider sends the message to mike@georgialeds.com (our workspace email).
• Our hosting provider runs the site and the form routes. Submissions are also written to the server log so a failed email does not disappear.

What runs on this site today — and what we may add

Today this site does not load analytics, a tag manager, or advertising pixels.

We may use analytics, advertising pixels, and a mailing-list platform. When we do, they handle the information on this page plus the technical data those tools collect (pages viewed, device, a cookie or pixel identifier). We do not set analytics or advertising cookies today. The host may set a strictly technical cookie to serve the page.

Other sites

Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube links leave this site. Playing a video or opening a social page is their terms.

Your choices

Email mike@georgialeds.com to correct a quote, delete a submission or photo we still have, or stop hearing from us. Say which email or phone you used.
