All of our products are warrantied by the manufacturer. Details of the warranty are provided in the PDF document below. Email us to discuss your warranty claim.
Eligible JL Lighting fixtures carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. If a product fails during that period and was installed correctly in a suitable environment, it is replaced free of charge. The manufacturer does not cover install labor on replacements. Keep the Q.C. date label on the fixture.
5 Year Warranty StatementWhen Georgia LEDs installs the job, labor is covered for one year after installation. The labor warranty is issued by Georgia LED LLC and is non-transferable.
1 Year Labor Warranty PDFIf you are within your 5 year warranty period, simply contact us and we will make it right. If your lights were installed by our team, or a professional electrical company in an environment approved suitable for our products, we will replace the product at no expense to you.
